Refreshing Autumn...Cool Temperatures and Beautiful Cards!

As promised…..here are some fall cards to inspire you! I have loved using the Gathering Together 12x12 Designer Series Paper by Stampin’ Up! Gathering Together DSP adds just the right amount of color, brilliance, and sparkle to make you want to welcome colors of fall!

We used Stampin’ Up Stampin’ Blend Markers to color the fall pumpkins, squash and corn.

Again we used Stampin’ Blends Markers to color in the pumpkins/squash and then used Amber Autumn dies to perfectly cut image out.

This card comes alive because of the Designer Series Paper! Gathering Together 12 x 12 and the stamped and die cut leaves from Gathering Together stamps and dies. the stamps are distinctive stamps….you can see the veins of the leaves and texture from the photopolymer stamp.

You can see I have totally enjoyed using Amber Autumn Bundle as well as Gathering Together Suite including the Gathering Together 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper for my fall cards! There is another set that I have been eyeing….it has lovely vines/leaves for pumpkins, Beautiful Pumpkins bundle!

For the past few weeks we have been focused on 2025 Creative Escape!!! The theme is Safari! I have cut 1000 cards and menu has finally been decided upon and our evening festivities planned out!!! Tomorrow to do list….starting cutting and prepping for scrapbooking!

I’ll have pictures of cards made with these products next week. I think some of our Sr. Center cards will feature these refreshing products! I have LOVED using the Gathering Together 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper!!! Can’t begin to count how many packages I’ve been through for team meeting, Sr. Center, and club cards this month! It is beautiful! Every Sheet!

Tractor & Co. by Stampin' Up

This past Saturday we had our team meeting. I love our meetings! You should join just for the discount on your own products plus our impressive team meetings about every 2 months!

Next week I plan to post all the swap cards the ladies brought with them to share….that will be fun to see all the many cards my team has created!!!

Our theme was “fall” so I thought the little tractor was perfect! Filled it with some Carmel Pumpkin Candy logs and away we go……

I’m falling asleep typing….so this will be short!

For our team meeting this month, everyone received a 3D tractor pulling it’s wagon full of Wether’s original Pumpkin candy and a box of glue dots for the Fall along with instructions and a Shutter Card made from the beautiful Perfectly Paired bundle.

I just love pulling the ribbon tab at the bottom and then seeing shutters open and close!!! Team meetings are a place to learn! We love them!

Summer Vibes scrapbook to capture your memories

This month I chose the vibrant Celebatory Sips 12” x 12”Designer Series Paper #165586 as a back drop for this simple summer scrapbook spread! And better yet! It is on sale this month click here to see details

Sorry my pictures don’t do this spread justice. Celebratory Sips 12 x 12 DSP is bright and vibrant just like the summer sunshine.

Click on the pictures above for a closer look. We used the Cheers & Sips for lemonade and a strawberry chiller and some greenery for embellishments.

The lemondage and strawberry chiller are created by stamping images in Craft White ink and using Basics Wow! Embossing Powder (white) and heating. Next use Daffodil Delight and Strawberry Slush ink pads with Stampin’ Up Blending Brushes. You can make this as dark or light as you like. Or maybe use a combo of Darling Duckling and Pecan Pie for a “tea” color….have fun!

The White Embossing Powder will resist Stampin’ Up Classic inks so the ice cubes and drink glasses stay white showing off the cool colors of summer!

Our next scrapbook spread is so inviting to look at too! It uses Painterly Pears Suite by Stampin’ Up #166159

Love this Designer Series Paper! Again, the colors are so vibrant and inviting to put your summer memories on.

Extraordinary Flora Scrapbook Spread

I have been loving the Extraordinary Flora Die and Washi Tape! It is so easy to die cut each panel of Extraordinary Washi Tape and then design - create simple and beautiful floral embellishments for any occasion!

The Extraordinary Flora Washi Tape is so easy to use! Just unroll and adhere on to some Basic White cardstock. And then die cut with the Extraordinary Die…it’s just one die that cuts all the pieces at one time!

TIP: use your bone folder to work out all the air bubbles that may be under your washi tape.

The Extraordinary Flora Washi Tape has 2 colors on the roll…it alternates the colors: Strawberry Slush and Fresh Freesia colors.

For this spread, I paired the Gallery Blooms Dies #165212 and Country Woods Designer Series Paper #163393 to create a platform for my Extraordinary Flora flowers. I used Strawberry Slush Extraordinary Flora Washi Tape flowers and my Gallery Blooms frames and picture mattes are also in Strawberry Slush card stock.

Our 2nd spread uses Turtle-e Cute 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper for a cute Summer Camp spread! Almost any of the DSP sheets could be used for a Summer spread. The music DSP makes me think of my children going to music camp in the summer before orchestra started back in the fall. It could also be just a fun summer camp with swimming/hiking or going to attend a concert! What fun memories would you put on this spread!???

I pulled out some of my retired Stampin’ Up stamps for the sentiments…they seemed to fit perfectly! Click on the pictures below to expand to see more of this spread.

June Scrapbooking 2 page Spreads

Now’s the time to click some fun summer pictures….even if it’s normal every day adventures! In the years to come you will enjoy looking back and seeing the changes and growth that blooms over the years.

I invite you to join me scrapbooking once a month, usually on the 3rd Saturday of the month….although next time to scrapbook will be July 26th which is actually the 4th Saturday of the month. We meet at 4PM on Saturday evening and spend around 3 hours putting two 2page spreads together. You don’t have to have your pictures, just come enjoy putting the pages together and later you can find the perfect pictures to drop on the mattes.

For June scrapbooking, I chose some summer spreads. The first using Floral Delight Designer Series Paper #164700 and Floral & Gingham Vellum #164713 paired with Spotlight on Nature Die Set #163580. The stamped flowers and images come from Impressions Abloom Bundle #165611.

Impressions Abloom Bundle has really been my go to this spring and summer! I love the stamped and die cut images from this bundle and love love the Designer Series Paper that coordinates with this bundle, Floral Impressions 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper #165603.
