Impressions Abloom Scrapbook spread

Totally easy to use Impressions Abloom makes for a beautiful scrapbook spread! Over the past month I have used this bundle for multiple cards and now it makes for an appealing spread for the summer.

But first….let me encourage you to attend and bring a friend to my next card kit class on Saturday, June 7th 10AM to noon.

  • What is a card kit class? It’s 2 hours to put together a Stampin’ Up card kit with friends and guidance from me.

  • How many cards are in a kit? Usually each kit will make 8 or 9 cards

  • How much does a kit cost? Kits are between $16 and $25

  • What kits are available? Below I have listed a few of the kits that are my favorites that will be available June 7th. This is not an exhaustive list.

Beautiful Gallery Suite Collection

I easily used both stamp/die bundles on these club cards! The 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper is so “vintagely” beautiful!!! And so easy to use for a masculine card!

Personally, I’ve been having so much fun designing with this suite! Here is a mini envelope scrapbook I made as my team gift for our last team meeting. It is made using the standard A2 envelopes - Basic Withe Medium Envelopes #159236 $11 for a package of 40 envelopes.

For the envelope scrapbook, we used 5 envelopes. A picture or journalling can be put on the front of each envelope and the back plus there is the pocket (inside of envelope) that can be used for a picture, journalling or memorabilia. Below is a picture of the front of the envelope scrapbook.

So getting the where I’m going with On The Go Suite Collection for this post….is our April scrapbook class.

My inspiration for this spread is totally a common phrase I told my kids…..it’s an adventure with mom! Sometimes I didn’t know exactly where I was going back in those days before GPS’s. LOL! It’s was an adventure! Just took one the other day with Elizabeth and went shoe shopping! We had so much fun laughing and being silly! I plan to put pictures on my CKC Making Mini Memories scrapbook. You’ll have to come take the class to see our shoes :). And invite a few friends to come to CKC with you!

I love how the Tags to Go stamp/die bundle includes a stamp to date your adventure and has supportive phrases to make this event special! And the Puffy Stickers are just FUN!!!

Our other April spread has something old and something new or maybe I should say something retired and something current.

Current product is the BEAUTIFUL Floral Delight 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper. I have used it for club the past 2 months and just had to pull it out again. I’m not a huge fan of yellow BUT I really like this Designer Series Paper!!! and the vellum that coordinates with it. I’ll list it below.

Creative Keepsakes Convention is coming to CHARLOTTE!

We’ve been asking for years! This year the Creative Keepsakes Convention is coming to Charlotte/Concord area! Let’s SHARE AND INVITE EVERYONE and give our support to CKC! We want them to come back to Charlotte next year too!

Everyone has probably dabbled in scrapbooking at one time or another…it’s time to renew their interest and yours!

Get Ready For New Gorgeous Stampin' Up catalog!

As I was preparing for last months scrapbooking class, my eyes fell upon some of the new 12 x 12 papers from Stampin’ Up’s new catalog, Flowers In Bloom! Every piece is an array of flowers of beautiful colors: Bubble Bath, Cloud Cover, Timid Tiger, Darling Duckling, Garden Green, Granny Apple Green, Petunia Pop, Strawberry Slush and more! These Designer Series Papers will be in Stampin’ Up’s new annual catalog! And I couldn’t wait to use them!

Our other spread was another Birthday 2 page layout using Wildflower Birthday Suite. I love the Designer Series Paper that comes with this suite! Blueberry Bushel color just draws you in and Pretty In Pink is a great compliment.

Last month one of our club cards used the exquisite Thankful Garden Bundle which includes decorative masks for 2 different flowers! One of the flowers is a beautiful hydrangea flower. I find it so satisfying to use the decorative masks to color stunning hydrangeas! You can make them from pink to blues! Here is lovely card made by Helen. I love the background paper she used! Card Buffet this week!

It is cute little tote bag inside the card to fit a gift card perfectly! And the last card pictured….I just love the embossed and sanded card front to look like a turtle shell!!! These both will be in the new 2025-2026 annual catalog along with the Beautiful Gallery Suite that the vintage looking card is made from using the absolutely beautiful Beautiful Gallery 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper! And I will also have a card to make from Impressions Abloom from a new bundle available in May online products.

This month for club, I have been enjoying using another online bundle….Thankful Blooms which includes decorative masks for 2 different flowers!

Here is another bundle from the online store that I simply love the dies with this bundle!!! It includes 8 rectangle dies all with a special design around the edges! Here Elizabeth designed a beautiful card using 3 different rectangles and the stamp set.

Included in this suite are 2 beautiful sets of Designer Series Paper….the one you see above with woven basket weaves on each page and a set of papers with black and white leaf designs. This is available at my online store or just give me a call if you need help placing the order.

And one other product I would like to highlight….On The Go Suite collection….

This team meeting, my gift to my team included a mini envelope journal decorated using On The Go suite….We used the On The Go Puffy Stickers along with the On The Go Designer Series Paper for a fun little travel journal to document your favorite vacation spot this year or it could just be a fun day at the park!

This was a fun and easy design using 5 medium Basic White envelopes.

  • Cut the flaps off

  • Score the side with fold

  • Stack all the envelopes together evenly with the opening indent of envelop toward the back.

  • Place a cardstock cover over envelopes and punch (I used the retired Stampin’ Up crop-a-dile here.

It was an easy decorate! And lots of fun!

Stampin' Up Thankful Garden Bundle

This is a beautiful hydrangea! And it comes with stamps, dies, and decorative masks!

I love using the decorative masks! There is something so satisfying to use the blending brushes to transfer ink in the decorative masks. Here is what I’ve been working on for the March Sr. Center class this month
