Craft Fair December 4th
It’s a Holly Jolly Time…..the song keeps going over in my head! Time to decorate and finish Christmas shopping and making your Christmas cards to send! Sending a handmade card to friends you don’t see often is such a sweet treat and encouragement sure to bring a smile!
Double check your supplies…..and order soon. You may want to look at some of the things I’ve been creating for craft fairs to make and give as a small gift too! Contact me with any questions on a project you may have.
Or you may come visit me at the Cramerton Holiday Bazaar on Julian Sr. December 4th from 10am to 2 pm. There will be lots of venders including me to get your in the spirit of Christmas!
The month of December, we’ll celebrate with a pot luck for most of my clubs and then in January and February of 2022 - yikes 2022! We’ll have a new mini catalog, January to June and Sale-a-bration!!! You may have seen some sneak peeks….but there is an absolute gorgeous set of dies for daffodils, cute little hedgehogs with a punch, and beautiful flowers and birds!
February 26th - I’m planning another mini Creative Escape….still trying to come up with a different name. This one will be 20 Birthday Cards! 10 different styles, 2 of each. I’ll start taking reservations in a couple of weeks.

Peaceful Place Designer Series Paper Scrapbook Spread
I admit, when I first saw the all gray in Peaceful Place DSP, I didn’t see the beauty…..but the more I have used it, the more beautiful it is!!! Totally you need to see this in person….it is so so beautiful just like a icy frosty sunny morning.

Classic Cloche Christmas Card
I am happy to say, we had an amazing time at mini Creative Escape this year! Hopefully I can remember the first one is in 2021. Wink Wink…the years go by so quickly!
Here are a few highlights….. with the hopes of having another in early March of 2022 and making birthday cards.
I am pleased to say, everyone finished their cards or at least they had supplies to finish at home. And all had a great time of being together as friends, making new friends, getting awesome massages, and tasting our family all time favorite meal…jet engines!
It’s a wonderful adventure…..stamping together! Lots of exciting things coming up in the near future!

Elegant Tag Punch by Stampin’ Up Video Tutorial
This Elegant Tag Punch is not only for the beautiful Elegantly Said stamp set on page 69, but it fits perfectly for many of our sentiments. I love how it fits the sentiment on this Creative Escape card we made with Knit Together Bundle!

I know many of you have heard my moans of more time to send out more cards…..it brings to mind the scripture of there is a time and season for things…..makes me remember the times I wished I could help my mother-in-law clear and do dishes but for a lot of years I was always holding a baby - totally grateful for all my “babies” and now is the time that I clear the dishes and table when I am with her. And one day, I plan to send a whole lot more cards out! But, in the meantime, I love love the card we received from Carla. Here is is…isn’t it simply beautiful!!!

Blackberry Beauty Suite
The colors are so rich and luscious in this suite! I just love looking at the colors! Previously, I showed you a card we made at Creative Escape and now, here are a few of the scrapbook spreads we made using Blackberry Beauty Suite
When I’m creating a spread, it’s easiest to look at the colors listed in the Designer Series Paper. See which colors are listed for that particular DSP on the outside of the package. Stampin’ Up lists all the colors in the DSP there. It’s a great idea to keep your DSP in the package so you can always refer back to the packaging to tell you in particular which colors are in the DSP.
Next, which of the colors gives me that contrast or “pop” that draws your eyes in to make them want to keep looking at the colors.
I personally like the natural looking ribbon, Fine Art Ribbon #154561. It goes with the “natural” feel of the DSP but still has that elegant glimmer of gold woven in to match with the gold in the DSP.
The picture frame with the Rich Razzleberry back is from Blackberry Beauty Ephemera pack.
You will notice that one of the flowers stamped in Rich Razzleberry looks like the flower heads are colored….this is done by stamping and then coloring with a Wink of Stella to spread the color and add a little shimmer.
This was a fun spread to make! I took 1/2 inch strips of left over Blackberry Beauty DSP and wove them together. Don’t look too close to see a few places I didn’t get my over and under correct!
Small leaf die cuts are in the suite with stamp set, Beauty of Tomorrow….have fun with these! Let them fall all over your pages!
The bad news :( I am so sorry sorry to be the bearer of bad news! Currently the Blackberry Beauty DSP #156485 is on backorder. It is due in around November 8th. I would suggest to go ahead and order so that it will be shipped out to you once it’s in stock.

2021 Creative Escape Review......lets do it again next year!
We are all back home from a GREAT Creative Escape at North Myrtle Beach!
Although we won’t have another Creative Escape until - tentatively September 2022, I will be hosting a mini Creative Escape November 6th. It is one day 8 am to 8 pm on Saturday, November 6th. It will be held at the Dallas Sr. Center in Dallas NC. in the large room where they have Sr. Dances.
Below you will see the flyer. Please contact me with any questions. I would love to have all confirmations filled out to me by October 10th. I will then make sure I assign bundles and notify you so you can get full payment in by October 16th.
It’s hard to describe Creative Escape…..it’s fun….it’s crafting….it’s friends….it’s new friends……it’s food…..it’s desert…..it’s relaxing……it’s tiring…..and we’re ready to do it again!

Color and Contour Fall Card with Video Tutorial
Want one of those versatile sets that can be used for Spring, Summer, or Fall? A fabulous set would be Color & Contour bundle! It was a bundle I overlooked at first, but since I have purchased it, it has definitely been in my baskets in full use! The die set is fantastic! I keep using the frames for many of the cards I’ve made in the past few months….even using it for club this month with Pretty Pumpkins bundle.

12 hours…..make 20 Christmas cards! Creative Escape is always a fun time, and this year I’m extending the fun and crafting for a one day event on November 6th.
It’s a Saturday….imagine walking in to the smell of muffins and coffee. You’ll set around in your group crafting 2 of 10 styles of Christmas cards all day long! The cost of $75 includes all your card consumibles like card stock, envelopes, ribbon and embellishments all cut and ready for you. You will be provided with adhesive and dimensionals for crafting. A light breakfast, cobb salad for lunch, supper and a mini dessert buffet will also be included.
In addition to the $75, I require a product bundle to be purchased through me that you will use and share with the ladies at your table during the event and then you will take home with you. A list is on the second page of flyer…..you can see it by clicking the flyer below.
It is best if you have your own ink pads/Stampin’ Blends alcohol markers with you for this event or share with a friend.
