Birthday Blitz 2025/ Creative Escape Registration
We had a sweet Birthday Blitz this year! I fail at getting lots of pictures….but here are some of the highlights from yesterday. I hope you can join us for the November Christmas Card Blitz!
At a Blitz, you make 2 of 10 different styles of cards…these are all for birthday. Our theme this year was “hearts”! It’s almost Valentines Day and each one got a sweet bouquet of gift/candy made from the wooonderfullll DSP, Marbled Elegance. Registration Open for 2025 CREATIVE ESCAPE
This year’s Creative Escape will be held September 25th - 27th. We’ll be at The Lodge at Douglas Lake again. The cost will remain the same $325 plus a bundle. I will do a little less decoration and desert buffet to help compensate for the cost of food and supplies going up. Below is the registration form to return to me with your $50 deposit to hold your spot for CE. It’s an absolute fun crafting weekend!

Ocean Friends by Stampin' Up
Remember the sun burns, friends, and sea food suppers at the beach? These pages totally bring memories of the sunshine, fun and relaxation at the beach!!!
I’ve titled this spread Beach Friends….a spin off the ocean critters as well as a fun beach trip with besties! We used Ocean Friends Bundle (pg. 31 in the Jan to April mini catalog) #164692 as the beautiful Friends of the Ocean 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper

The next scrapbook layout uses Sale-a-bration products Documenting the Day stamp set item #166320 free with a purchase of $60 AND Bloom Impressions 12” x 12” Designer Series Paper item #164944 also free with a purchase of $60.
I love the little flower images…they make such a warm background for pictures or cards! The 12” x 12” solid Two Tone Daffodil Delight cardstock is item #166669 and makes the perfect base to build these pages.
Additional Stampin’ Up products used to create this layout is Beautiful Butterflies Bundle item # 164615 which includes stamps, dies, and a coordinating embossing folder.

Sale-a-bration Heart Shaped Bundle/Sr. Center Class
We have been creating bea..Uuuu…tiful projects with Sale-a-bration Heart Shaped Bundle! It’s one of those free stamp and die bundle from Stampin’ Up with a $120 purchase!
I love the leafy heart shaped die cut! It is so versatile to use for Valentines coming up or a wedding card, just an everyday card….it can be used for any season. It’s just an all around great bundle to have!
The first card I’d like to show you is one I am giving my team who attended the Zoom team meeting on Saturday. I also used Sale-a-bration free products Bloom Impressions DSP and the Starstruck Embossing Folder and Fresh Freesia Seam Binding Ribbon. It was not my goal or intention to use so many of the Free Products on this card…..they just worked so well together!
We used a little extra gold by die cutting one of the leaf branches in Gold Foil and then added some Gold Pearlized Enamel Effects brushed on to the Lost Lagoon die cut heart as well was placing some of the Gold Pearlized Enamel Effects in the center of the die cut Blackberry Bliss die cut flowers.
Here are a few more of our team meeting cards….We’ve used the Sale-a-bration products: Bloom Impressions Designer Series Paper, Pick a Season stamp set, Day to Celebrate stamp set along with Stampin’ Up Linked Together stamp and die bundle.
Look at the lattice die cut on the Blackberry Bliss card….it looks so 3D and it is! The lattice has been die cut 3 times and layered one on top of another to give the 3D effect. I stamped in Blackberry Bliss ink on the top lattice die cut and also on a rectangle cut the same size as the die cut. The bottom stamp was with colored in with Fresh Freesia and Soft Seafoam inks and Stampin’ Up daubers

Birthday Blitz….February 8th!

Bundles will be posted by next week that will be used for the Blitz. It’s a fun time! You’ll be making 20 birthday cards…2 of 10 styles. It’s an all day event and you’ll have time to visit while your making your cards.
Cost is $125 plus a bundle purchased through me. This includes your supplies for making the 20 cards, tutorials and adhesives. You will be served breakfast, lunch, supper with desert and I plan to have a massage theropist there you may graciously tip for a chair massage.

Welcome NEW! Sneak Peek 2025 Sale-a-bration
I’m excited for a NEW year! a fresh start on cleaning my desk, new adventures, new challenges, new goals, new furniture on my front porch, new catalogs, new freebies, and new techniques to try! January 7th begins Sale-a-bration for 2025! This year, Stampin’ Up is giving a whole list of freebies for every $60 or $120 you spend! Also, we have a NEW mini spring catalog starting then too. The mini catalog will go through May 5th. They are in the mail to me and I’ll get them shipped out ASAP! Also, there are some new scrapbooking products….I am hoping to download that and put it on my website starting January 14th when it will be available.

I feel like I’m crawling out from under a rock…..I don’t get sick often but I landed in bed for a few days after Stampin’ Blitz. It slowed me down just a bit ……which is not my mode of travel!
But!!! I have a blow out sale for the next CARD BUFFET! I have several Christmas cards and all occasion cards left from events plus other cards I’ve added to the assortment.
