Get Ready For New Gorgeous Stampin' Up catalog!

As I was preparing for last months scrapbooking class, my eyes fell upon some of the new 12 x 12 papers from Stampin’ Up’s new catalog, Flowers In Bloom! Every piece is an array of flowers of beautiful colors: Bubble Bath, Cloud Cover, Timid Tiger, Darling Duckling, Garden Green, Granny Apple Green, Petunia Pop, Strawberry Slush and more! These Designer Series Papers will be in Stampin’ Up’s new annual catalog! And I couldn’t wait to use them!

Along with these new beautiful floral DSP, I used flowers from the Last Chance Dies, Flowers of Beauty Dies *** #163375 on sale for $29.60 from the original price of $37…it’s a great die to use for background die cuts and flowers! Especially when there are 8 flowers on one die!

Our other spread was another Birthday 2 page layout using Wildflower Birthday Suite. I love the Designer Series Paper that comes with this suite! Blueberry Bushel color just draws you in and Pretty In Pink is a great compliment.

Last month one of our club cards used the exquisite Thankful Garden Bundle which includes decorative masks for 2 different flowers! One of the flowers is a beautiful hydrangea flower. I find it so satisfying to use the decorative masks to color stunning hydrangeas! You can make them from pink to blues! Here is lovely card made by Helen. I love the background paper she used! It comes from Full of Life 6x6 DSP # 163357

Card Buffet this week!

You are invited to come make cards this Tuesday, March 25th from 10 AM to 6 PM and Thursday, March 27th 9 AM to 3 PM.

We have some awesome cards for you to make this week at the card buffet! Not only are there some great cards from the past but there are some cards from the new 2025-2026 annual catalog!!!

  • You choose the cards you want to make and how many you would like to make.

  • Cards are $3 and if you make 8, you get the 9th one free

  • Bring your normal crafting tools

Click on the picture to enlarge. You will see some of the new In Colors for 2025-2027. The first picture is made with Notes and Totes Bundle…see the inside?! It is cute little tote bag inside the card to fit a gift card perfectly! And the last card pictured….I just love the embossed and sanded card front to look like a turtle shell!!! These both will be in the new 2025-2026 annual catalog along with the Beautiful Gallery Suite that the vintage looking card is made from using the absolutely beautiful Beautiful Gallery 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper! And I will also have a card to make from Impressions Abloom from a new bundle available in May online products.

This month for club, I have been enjoying using another online bundle….Thankful Blooms which includes decorative masks for 2 different flowers!

Here is another bundle from the online store that I simply love the dies with this bundle!!! It includes 8 rectangle dies all with a special design around the edges! Here Elizabeth designed a beautiful card using 3 different rectangles and the stamp set.

Included in this suite are 2 beautiful sets of Designer Series Paper….the one you see above with woven basket weaves on each page and a set of papers with black and white leaf designs. This is available at my online store or just give me a call if you need help placing the order.

And one other product I would like to highlight….On The Go Suite collection….

This team meeting, my gift to my team included a mini envelope journal decorated using On The Go suite….We used the On The Go Puffy Stickers along with the On The Go Designer Series Paper for a fun little travel journal to document your favorite vacation spot this year or it could just be a fun day at the park!

This was a fun and easy design using 5 medium Basic White envelopes.

  • Cut the flaps off

  • Score the side with fold

  • Stack all the envelopes together evenly with the opening indent of envelop toward the back.

  • Place a cardstock cover over envelopes and punch (I used the retired Stampin’ Up crop-a-dile here.

It was an easy decorate! And lots of fun!

Stampin' Up Thankful Garden Bundle

This is a beautiful hydrangea! And it comes with stamps, dies, and decorative masks!

I love using the decorative masks! There is something so satisfying to use the blending brushes to transfer ink in the decorative masks. Here is what I’ve been working on for the March Sr. Center class this month

Storybook Moments scrapbook spread

I love the design we used for this months Storybook Moments scrapbook spread! I saw it used on another spread and adapted it for Storybook Moments. It is so unique! And wither you use it for Easter or another special moment in time….it is versatile!

Storybook Moments 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper is on backorder for now….but should be available around March 17th 2025.

The ephemera used here comes with Storybook Moments 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper….2 sheets! So you have plenty of characters to “play” with for you scrapbooking or card projects.

Birthday Blitz 2025/ Creative Escape Registration

We had a sweet Birthday Blitz this year! I fail at getting lots of pictures….but here are some of the highlights from yesterday. I hope you can join us for the November Christmas Card Blitz!

At a Blitz, you make 2 of 10 different styles of cards…these are all for birthday. Our theme this year was “hearts”! Registration Open for 2025 CREATIVE ESCAPE

This year’s Creative Escape will be held September 25th - 27th. We’ll be at The Lodge at Douglas Lake again. The cost will remain the same $325 plus a bundle. I will do a little less decoration and desert buffet to help compensate for the cost of food and supplies going up. Below is the registration form to return to me with your $50 deposit to hold your spot for CE. It’s an absolute fun crafting weekend!

Ocean Friends by Stampin' Up

Remember the sun burns, friends, and sea food suppers at the beach? These pages totally bring memories of the sunshine, fun and relaxation at the beach!!!

I’ve titled this spread Beach Friends….a spin off the ocean critters as well as a fun beach trip with besties! We used Ocean Friends Bundle (pg. 31 in the Jan to April mini catalog) #164692 as the beautiful Friends of the Ocean 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper

The next scrapbook layout uses Sale-a-bration products Documenting the Day stamp set item #166320 free with a purchase of $60 AND Bloom Impressions 12” x 12” Designer Series Paper item #164944 also free with a purchase of $60.

I love the little flower images…they make such a warm background for pictures or cards! The 12” x 12” solid Two Tone Daffodil Delight cardstock is item #166669 and makes the perfect base to build these pages.

Additional Stampin’ Up products used to create this layout is Beautiful Butterflies Bundle item # 164615 which includes stamps, dies, and a coordinating embossing folder.
