Now for a little eye candy! This past Saturday, we had our team meeting! If you are looking for a little more from stamping and love a discount on purchases under your own demonstratorship…..I’d like to invite you to see what team meetings are all about! Our next one is August 23rd! Next week I’ll post more pictures, but for this week you’ll see the swap cards. A swap card is where you swap and share! Some of our team bring 10-15 cards and then we swap them so everyone gets one of each beautiful card! They were exceptionally done this time! Our theme was summer.

Impressions Abloom Scrapbook spread

Totally easy to use Impressions Abloom makes for a beautiful scrapbook spread! Over the past month I have used this bundle for multiple cards and now it makes for an appealing spread for the summer.

But first….let me encourage you to attend and bring a friend to my next card kit class on Saturday, June 7th 10AM to noon.

  • What is a card kit class? It’s 2 hours to put together a Stampin’ Up card kit with friends and guidance from me.

Beautiful Gallery Suite Collection

Are you having a busy month? Something about May is always busy….graduations, recitals, planting flowers, vacations and trips! May marks a new annual catalog for Stampin’ Up and so many love the new catalog! For my clubs this month, I choose to use the Beautiful Gallery Suite collection….it is so user friendly! I easily used both stamp/die bundles on these club cards! The 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper is so “vintagely” beautiful!!! And so easy to use for a masculine card!

Personally, I’ve been having so much fun designing with this suite! Here is a mini envelope scrapbook I made as my team gift for our last team meeting. It is made using the standard A2 envelopes - Basic Withe Medium Envelopes #159236 $11 for a package of 40 envelopes.

For the envelope scrapbook, we used 5 envelopes. A picture or journalling can be put on the front of each envelope and the back plus there is the pocket (inside of envelope) that can be used for a picture, journalling or memorabilia. Below is a picture of the front of the envelope scrapbook.

So getting the where I’m going with On The Go Suite Collection for this post….is our April scrapbook class.

My inspiration for this spread is totally a common phrase I told my kids…..it’s an adventure with mom! Sometimes I didn’t know exactly where I was going back in those days before GPS’s. LOL! It’s was an adventure! Just took one the other day with Elizabeth and went shoe shopping! We had so much fun laughing and being silly! I plan to put pictures on my CKC Making Mini Memories scrapbook. You’ll have to come take the class to see our shoes :). And invite a few friends to come to CKC with you!

I love how the Tags to Go stamp/die bundle includes a stamp to date your adventure and has supportive phrases to make this event special! And the Puffy Stickers are just FUN!!!

Our other April spread has something old and something new or maybe I should say something retired and something current.

Current product is the BEAUTIFUL Floral Delight 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper. I have used it for club the past 2 months and just had to pull it out again. I’m not a huge fan of yellow BUT I really like this Designer Series Paper!!! and the vellum that coordinates with it. I’ll list it below.

Creative Keepsakes Convention is coming to CHARLOTTE!

We’ve been asking for years! This year the Creative Keepsakes Convention is coming to Charlotte/Concord area! Let’s SHARE AND INVITE EVERYONE and give our support to CKC! We want them to come back to Charlotte next year too!

Everyone has probably dabbled in scrapbooking at one time or another…it’s time to renew their interest and yours!
