Tips to make the word SNOW:
Begin by using the tearing technique….tear Basic White Cardstock and adhere it to Misty Moonlight Cardstock
Next, die cut with Stampin’ Up Party Alphabet item #165263
Finally add so sparkle to your word. Here we used retired Pearlized Enamel Effects to the word, SNOW but you could use any kind of sparkle
