I’ve not seen a bad card yet with this suite! These little critters are so cute and fun!
click on the picture of Cute As a Bug spread above to see all the products in this suite. Right now the Ladybug Embellishments are out of stock, but you can order all the other supplies to be working with these cute little guys and the Ladybug Embellishments should be back in stock soon. As of now we are not given a ETA for the Ladybug embellishments.
I love that most of the bugs have dies that cut out the Designer Series Paper and stamped image.
I’m excited to tell you about the newest join offer from Stampin’ Up! It is good until the end of February 2026!
Let’s talk about joining my team! From time to time, Stampin’ Up will have special incentives for you to join. I posted a video last week showing you the new PERCISION TOOL and this week, there are a few pictures where I used my Percision Tool to get my sentiment aligned nicely.
Also, I have used the Tools & Textures stamp and die bundle. We are making a wonderful masculine card at club this month - you’ll want to come to club! But I wanted to show you a couple of samples of just fun easy cards to make…one for a man and the other is girly and using one of my favorite stamp sets….Prayers & Promises.
This was totally a fun card….I saw one similar and decided to kinda copy….although, I decided to use all the stamps in the stamp set. - just for fun! Here’s what I did…..
Get your Tools & Textures bundle! Here I just used the stamps….and ink colors: Secret Sea, Crumb Cake, Pecan Pie, Blueberry Bushel, Balmy Blue, Pretty Peacock, and Lost Lagoon.
Some of these ink colors were stamped off and then stamped on the card and others directly as inked….just randomly - have fun!
Then I decided with my design, I really didn’t want to get my sentiment crooked….so out comes the Percision Tool.
There are 2 ways I could do this:
By putting the stamped card in the Percision Tool and placing my stamps directly on the card. Press top plate down to pick up the stamps and then ink stamps and press down to stamp.
I decided to check myself first so I put a piece of cardstock over the one I wanted to stamped to check my alignment….I was using 2 different stamps from different stamp sets - Nature’s Symphony and Lovely Arrangements stamp set. See pics below
2. Place the 2 different stamps directly on the plate using the lines on the plate to align the sentiment stamps. This seemed to work the best for this case because these came from 2 different stamp sets and having the lines in the top plate helped make the words on the stamps straight.
Another advantage of using my Percision Tool - I decided the sentiment needed to be a little darker to stand out and be more readable….so I just lifted the top plate and reinked the sentiment and stamped again in the same place to make it darker.
And here is the girly card using Tools & Textures along with Natures’s Symphony leaf die and Forever Florals Die for tiny flower. Colors of inks: Flirty Flamingo, Petal Pink, Bubble Bath, Granny Apple Green for leaf die and Gray Granite ink for sentiment.
Thanks so much for visiting! I look forward to stamping with you soon. Because of some changes due to weather, I am headed now to update the calendar on my site here. But you can always text or email me with questions.
Thanks,
Esther
